I had to laugh, Steve Spielberg!
I love the pizza night! For us, we do it a little differently…we make our own pizza dough too! We can have a completely loaded pizza for less than $3!

The recipe we use and love:

    1C warm water
    1 Tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tbsp italian seasoning (optional – we added this to the recipe)

Mix warm water with yeast, then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Let sit for 10 minutes
Spread onto a floured pizza stone or pan and let rise to desired thickness.
    Add toppings.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

    Great post!

That’s awesome Meg! We may have to try your recipe so our next vacation can be in Hawaii!

Alex, my friend, don’t get too far ahead of the video posts. You will just have to wait until later in the month to find out what I am talking about.
