Interview with Joan SotkinJoan Sotkin sees things as opportunities, not failures. She has been through market upswings and personal bankruptcies.

Joan had health problems as well as money problems. Then she learned to look at things with a different mindset.

Her “inner voice” has directed her to buy tumble stones, which helped her get past her health problems, and move to New Mexico, which she found was the perfect place for her new life.

You can find out more about Joan at ProsperityPlace.com

Can a marriage survive a foreclosure?

Does a more expensive ring lead to longer-lasting marriages?

Can a couple really talk to each other about money without fighting?

Today we hear from the Olsens, a young couple who dated, were engaged, and married while facing a foreclosure!

What long-lasting effects did it have on their relationship? Press play above to find out.

Also, I share a study about diamond rings, short engagements, and how going to church occasionally can actually increase the chance for divorce.

Finally, we close out with a segment of Holla from the Impala that was lost on my computer (I haven’t even listened to it yet).

Thanks to Will Hanke from RedCanoeMedia.com for confirming that processing fees cost money.
