In Episode #005 of the MoneyPlanSOS Podcast I described the Absolute Simplest Budget That Works. In this video-tutorial I show you how to create this type of budget in an Excel spreadsheet. This will also work in any other spreadsheet program and works best for those of us with irregular incomes.
